The Mission of the Child Access Center is to promote the physical and emotional security of children and their parents in high conflict custody situations by facilitating safe and civil custody exchanges under the supervision of neutral third party monitors.

We are committed to enhancing the safety of children while assisting families who experience difficulty interacting in a non-threating manner.  We promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of all individuals using our services.
