New Families to the CAC

Families accessing services at the Centre County Child Access Center must be ordered by the court.  Before services may begin, both parents must call the CAC to scheduled a separate orientation.  Once both orientations are complete and all documents are returned we will schedule exchanges. 

For more information about the orientation process please see the CAC Information Brochure.  It explains the process and provides a list of important items to bring to the orientation.  You may also print the Demographic Information form to complete and bring with you to the orientation.  Finally, take some time to review the Welcome Packet for more specific information about the CAC and monitored custody exchanges.

Current CAC Families

All individuals accessing services at the CAC are asked to keep all information current.  Should any information change (i.e., address, telephone numbers, etc.) please print and complete the Demographic Information form and return it to the CAC as soon as possible.
