A court order is required to use the Child Access Center. You can contact your attorney or the Court Administrator (355-6727) and ask how to obtain a court order.
There is a one-time intake fee that is based on income. This intake fee is minimal and is included in the court order. The fee may be waived by the judge or the Program Director.
Yes. All staff and volunteers of the Child Access Center are required by law to report any suspected child abuse.
Since you are court ordered to use the Child Access Center you (parents) would need to contact the judge if you feel as though you are ready to make other arrangements. The Child Access Center does NOT decide how long you use our services. The decision belongs to you and the court.
Still have questions? Please contact us anytime! We look forward to hearing from you.
